That way I can change things from the inside-out But I have bills to pay, and hopefully I'll get some type of promotion by process of elimination. I've tried to explain some issues to my supervisor and was told 'I watch to much TV' If it wasnt for the fact that I literally relocated across country for this, I would have definitely left already. I've been demeaned by supervisor's, I've watched people leave work in tears because of the way they have been treated. I myself have been promised a promotion by two different supervisors, and then was told that the position does not exist and needs to be approved by the big boss. I've seen people denied vacation time, sick leave, been forced to work on holidays, double shifts, and up to 16 shifts with no days off.
All of those things are b.s ! To be quite honest with you I really don't think they care about any of their employees below management! I've been here for six months, and in that time I've literally watched 70% of co-workers in my department leave.
From the very first time that I was interviewed for my position I was told that i would be part of a team, and that it's very family orientated.
